Admission Period

Admissions are open each academic year from July to August (depending on available spaces).
Early registration is highly encouraged to secure a place for your child.

Who Can Apply

We welcome applications for the following grade levels:

  • Kindergarten (KG 1 – KG 3)

  • Primary (Grade 1 – 8)

  • Secondary (Grade 9 – 10)

  • Preparatory (Grade 11 – 12)

Admission Requirements

Applicants are required to submit the following documents at the school registrar’s office:

  1. Completed admission form (available at the school or online)

  2. Recent student passport-size photos (2 copies)

  3. Copy of birth certificate

  4. Academic report card from the previous school

  5. Transfer letter (for students transferring from another school)

  6. Medical check-up report

Note: Entrance exams or interviews may be required for certain grade levels.

How to Apply

You can apply in one of two ways:

🏫 Option 1: In-Person Application

Visit our school office in Akaki, Addis Ababa, to collect and submit the admission form.
Our staff will guide you through the process and answer your questions.

💻 Option 2: Online Application

Download and fill out the Online Admission Form and email it to:

School Fees

Information on tuition and other fees is available upon request at the administration office.
We offer flexible payment options and transparent fee structures to support families.

Entrance Assessment

New students may be required to take an entrance exam or attend an interview to assess academic readiness and proper grade placement.
